Pomeranian Poodle

Otherwise known as: Pompoo Poopom Pom Poo Poo Pom Pom-A-Poo Pooranian

The fluffy Pomeranian-Poodle is a cross between a Pomeranian and a Toy Poodle. They are very popular with dog-lovers who want a small, friendly and loyal lap dog who sometimes lead an active lifestyle. Due to the petite and cuddly nature of both parent breeds; this mixed breed, is naturally adorably furry and compact, ideal for those looking for a smaller dog. The Pom-Poo is adorably small and has very fluffy coat inherited from both its parents. They typically make great companions and even better lapdogs. Just like both parent breeds, the Pom-Poos main purpose is to be a companion and a friendly lap dog. They tend to be very good-natured and highly attached to their owners. Their energy levels are moderate (read more below in the exercise guide) and they do not need an extraordinary amount of exercise. They do enjoy walks and play time, and will often busy themselves with toys, but they tend to be happiest in their owner’s lap!

Puppy Knowledge

Breed Info

The Pomapoo, also known as a Pooranian, is a cross between a Toy Poodle and Pomeranian and is known for its cute, teddy bear look. They inherit facial features and skull-shape from both their parents. They have a short, straight muzzle and have round eyes. Their ears are triangular in shape. The Pomapoo’s coat can come in a wide variety of colors.

Additional Information

The Pomapoo is a social, intelligent, and affectionate breed. These traits make them good with people of all ages, but should still be watched when playing with young children due to their small size. Even though the Pomapoo needs a daily walk to work off their excess energy like most dogs, much of their exercise requirement can be met with active playtime. Due to their small size and gentle nature, the Pomapoo is adaptable to their owner’s lifestyle and does not have high needs for exercise.
